IMPORTANT:
We recommend renting with a minimum of two people for less experienced sailors. One person may be an assistant, while the renter is the knowledgeable sailor. Please use your best judgment. More experienced sailors, please call the Shop prior to booking for approval of solo rentals.
SUMMER HEAT WARNING:
We are open all year round. Please be advised that Arizona summers can be extremely hot, with temperatures into the triple digits. All passengers must bring adequate water, sunblock, hats, etc. Please use your best judgment. We will continue to honor rescheduling for rain or high winds. All sales final.
NEW! Sail with a Trainer
If you'd like to rent a boat on your own, but aren't fully comfortable doing it by yourself yet, book a full day with either the C25 or C270 and a trainer. You may include one of our trainers for 3 or 6 hours on top of the rental.

Unlimited rentals of the C270 "bare boat" for one year, from date of purchase. Only ASA103 grads or experienced sailors with $150 check-out qualify. Plan holder must be present on boat for entire rental period, and responsible for all passengers, including all children 12 and under in approved life vest while on board. Fully refundable security deposit of $1000 required for each charter. The amount will be put on hold from your credit card and released upon safe return of the vessel. Plan holder may reserve a non-lesson day up to one month in advance. Consecutive days may only be booked up to 24 hours in advance. No more than two days per calendar week.
Catalina 270
$150 Competency Test Check-Out required. Full payment required at time of reservation to confirm date.

All sales are final. Rentals may be rescheduled up to 72 hours prior to appointment.
If weather conditions are unsafe, contact us, or Sailboat Shop will contact you to reschedule free of charge.
Must be 18 or older to rent a sail boat. All minors must be accompanied by an adult. Per Arizona law, anyone 12 or under must wear a life vest while on a water vessel.
